What is more concrete about the Idaho Plate Method ( http://www.platemethod.com/products.html#placemats ) is they seem to make placemats with pictures of actual meals laid out on the plates. An egg sits in the place of 'protein.'

iam the manager of a school cafeteria where can we get posters of the new new plate i looked every where over the summer even looked at conference in fort worth and nothing if this is what we are going to go by then posters need to be avaialbe to people to put up i wanted to have this for the first day of school if you can tell me where i can get this i would really apprciate it thanks
